15 Jun Quick and Easy Workout You Can do While Traveling
Today, I want to share with you all a WOD that you can easily do while away on vacation. You can do this in a gym, a hotel room, or even on the beach! Last month, I was in Cabo with my sisters and I got them to do this on a patch of grass with me. The best part about this is that it only took us about 10 minutes to complete, but it worked everything! We were all pretty sore the next day, but between the margaritas and the Mexican food, we were glad we got a workout in!

You’ll want to complete this workout as fast as possible, trying to get your heart rate up as you go through these movements.
If you’re doing this in a hot or tropical climate, make sure you have plenty of water with you! Happy sweating!
