Recipe // Crispy Baked Kale Chips

Crispy Baked Kale // Paleo Recipes #thehisforblog

Happy Monday!

I love Kale. It’s considered to be ‘Nature’s Superfood’ and it tastes so good too! One of the things I love most about Kale is that you can prepare it so many different ways. My favorite way to enjoy this healthy food is to bake it until it’s crispy. This simple recipe requires few ingredients, is easy to make and goes great on top of a paleo bowl or as a stand-alone bowl of chips!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes // Total Time: 25 Minutes
Serving Size: 4 ounces // Macros: 6 proteins / 10 carbs /0 fats

Here’s What You Need:
Organic Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Salt and Pepper or other seasoning

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
2. Wash the Kale and rip the leaves off the stems into pieces
3. Spray a cookie sheet with the olive oil spray [I line the sheet with foil, too, to make cleanup easier]
4. Lay the Kale pieces onto the sheet and spray with the Olive Oil Spray
5. Salt and pepper [or other seasoning–I like Garlic or Onion powder] to taste
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the kale is golden brown
