10 Jun The Macro Diaries // Week 8
Well, it’s official… I’ve completed my 8th and final week of my Macro-Counting Challenge! I can’t believe how fast the 8 weeks went by and how awesome the results are! Since it’s the last week, there are before and after photos, but at the very end. I don’t want someone new clicking on my pretty blog and going ‘WHAT THA?!?!’ when the first thing that pops up is my before photo! HAH! Here’s my week 8 update:
So, without further ado… here are my results:
Starting Weight: 132.4 lbs
Ending Weight: 125.6 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 6.8 lbs
Starting Measurements: Bust – 35.25″ // Waist – 30.8″ // Hips – 39.25″
Ending Measurements: Bust – 32.8″ // Waist – 29.2″ // Hips – 38.75″
Total Inches Lost: Bust – 2.45″ // Waist – 1.6″ // Hips – 0.5″
I’m not a numbers person, so this is what REALLY takes the cake… my before, during and after photos…

Here I am on day 1, week 4 and week 8. Pretty big difference, huh? I’m actually pretty proud of these. Hard work pays off. Remember that day 1 was 11 weeks after my son was born, so I had the weight to lose in my waist, but I’m surprised to see the changes in my arms, legs and booty!
