In honor of Throwback Thursday, I’m sharing a how-to video for one of my all-time, favorite ponytail looks… I call it the ‘Barbie Ponytail’ because it reminds me of the hairstyle that the original, vintage Barbie Doll wore. I wear this ponytail when I want to add some height to my ‘do, if I want to make my ponytail look a little bit fancier, or if my outfit has that vintage feel to it and a ponytail like this one would tie it all together perfectly!
I honestly wear my hair like this all the time because it just takes a regular ponytail and glams it up a bit! I’ve had several of you ask me to make a tutorial video and share how I make this look my own, so here is my Pouf and Pony… or the Barbie Ponytail hair tutorial video!

As a Christian, Chandler aims to live as Jesus lived, growing “in wisdom, in stature, in favor with God and in favor with man.” She believes that living well is only achieved when you strive to grow spiritually, too. This blog focuses on making the most out of the lives we are given and striving to live well in all aspects of it.
