Self-Care Hacks to Beat the Winter Blues

During the winter, it can become increasingly difficult to feel motivated. This can be due to the colder temperatures, darker skies, and, for some, the holiday season bringing about painful or unpleasant memories. Fortunately, there are various things you can do throughout the winter that’ll have you feeling just as energized and rejuvenated as a day at the beach.
